Terms of Service

Saavo is the official website for Saavo. It provides product information, documentation, accounts, support, purchasing, authorization for approved clients, and controlled access to versioned Saavo Starter downloads.

Saavo Starter is a source-code product. Saavo CLI is a separate command-line tool that may be distributed under its own license.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and recovery codes, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing OAuth authorization requests before approving access for Saavo CLI or another client.

A valid purchase grants the rights stated in the license supplied with the applicable Saavo Starter release. Unless that license says otherwise, access is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, or repackaged as another template or starter product.

You may use and modify the source code only within the scope of the supplied license. A download does not transfer ownership of the Saavo brand, website, documentation, or underlying product.

Saavo CLI may open this website for OAuth authorization and use an access token to request an eligible template release. You may not bypass access controls, share download credentials, automate abusive requests, or obtain releases for another person.

Release availability, supported CLI versions, checksums, and initialization requirements may change as the products evolve.

Saavo Starter is sold as a one-time digital purchase with no subscription or trial. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Because access to the digital product is delivered after purchase, sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or Saavo approves one in exceptional circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support if a charge, purchase, or entitlement is incorrect.

You must not use the Services to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or circumvent security controls;
• share, resell, or publicly distribute restricted releases;
• misrepresent your identity, purchase status, or authorization;
• introduce malicious code or use the Services to harm others.

The Services may rely on Cloudflare, payment providers, email providers, OAuth providers, package registries, and other third-party services. Their availability and terms are outside our control. You are responsible for the third-party accounts and services you connect to your own project.

We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We do not promise that every release, dependency, integration, or third-party platform will remain available or compatible indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and source code are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in writing. You are responsible for testing, securing, configuring, deploying, and operating projects created from Saavo Starter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms as the Services change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the new Terms apply to future use, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
